Miracle in Mexico

A baseball odyssey in Mexico. This is the story of a boy from a small, village in Mexico whose birth defects could have relegated him to a life of loneliness and despair. But Diego Aguilar was of an exceptional character. He actually honed his defects to the point where he was able to throw a rock or baseball faster than anyone had ever done before. A chance challenge brings him to the attention of a Mexico City baseball team. Other abilities are discovered that are cause for amazement and hope for the second tier team. He saves a beautiful girl from injury by a crazed robber and is introduced to a loving family and a mentor that transforms his life into something mythical.
